Avoid eating spicy and hot foods
Avoid spicy and hot foods, as well as rough, sharp and hard foods to prevent damage to the mucous membrane. Avoid using toothpaste that irritates the oral mucosa and do not use excessive force when brushing your teeth. Take particular care not to irritate the wound frequently with your tongue and teeth, as this may affect the healing of the ulcer surface or even enlarge the ulcer area.
